
On Wednesday Apple released a new version of iTunes that disables the ability for any non iPod/iPhone to sync with it. The Palm Pre, which has been in circulation for 6 months now, has been highlighting it’s ability to “trick” iTunes into thinking it was an iPod.
Fortunately for Palm, that move from Apple did not deliver a death blow and Palm’s stock who went for a nosedive early wednesday (falling 7.4%) recovered by the end of the day.
